Day 168, Saturday, November 19

Per Bob’s suggestion, I hiked Angel’s Landing today. Before the hike I rode back to the sections of the park I’d wanted to capture on film Friday. After my hike, I joined Bob and Peggy who’d invited me for dinner. They were interested to see the pictures I’d taken of the park and to share with me pictures of adventures they’ve had. They’re quite avid outdoors people, having summated (multiple times) Mt Rainier, Mt Baker, Mt Shasta, and numerous others. They also showed me pictures of their Stearman biplane and a pictures from a cross country trip they did in it when they brought it home to Bend, OR. Very cool vantage point!
